Imagine it! Create it!

Remember this:
"Creativity is imagination, and imagination is for everyone." Paul Arden, It's not how good you are, it's how good you want to be.

The past few weeks I have been watching my children very closely, when the play and draw. I have begun to see their imagination hard at work, and it is truly an amazing thing. If you have kids or know someone that does take a minute and watch them play or create a work of art. Remember you really need to forget about everything else that is going on in our mind, become part of their world, you will see what I mean.

There is a quote I put inside my idea notebook along the binding of the inner flap that says "Look at everything with child like wonder" (Pretty much throw out labels and imagine)

Imagination is a powerful thing, it creates our dreams. Yet when you combined Imagination with PASSION, you can make your dreams a reality.

Spring is Here

While Spring is here. Our side yard is starting to fill up with all types of birds and the girls even found a few flowers starting to grow. To a wedding photographer in Boston, Ma this means engagement shoots are starting and I'll be out shooting almost every weekend from now until the fall. I know Kate promised some photos and more updates while easy for her to say as she is sitting on the beach down in Florida attending a wedding while The girls and I hold down the fort here in good old MA. I do have a lot of photos from the last week and will post more of them later this weekend as long us the girls make it to bed on time.
Here are a few quick pictures of the little Feds. Both of them got the hair cuts this past week. Layla wanted to cut hers short and she did. They took off about 4-5 inches and she looks all grown up but is still our little girl.

Layla had a great time in the sun with her bike

Uncle TJ came out from NY and played with the girls. He even got into the little play house the girls loved hanging with him.

Guess who's 1

Guess who is one today! AZALEA! Our puppy is a puppy no more today Azalea turned one. Happy Birthday Zaley!

The past year she has eating a few kids toys, attempted potty training and chewed on the walls , but we love her. She has become a part of the Feds family over the past year and will continue to be Layla and Annabelle's favorite playmate around the house.

Here is a shot of Azalea from today. Sorry we didn't have a B-day hat :(

March PUG

This past Tuesday was our monthly PUG meeting and it was rocking with 72 guests, WOW can't believe the growth. The Center for Digital Imaging Arts opened it's doors for all of us and closed pretty late as a few of us hung around a little late till we were kicked out :)

Eric from Eric Laurits Photography came out and gave everyone a run through on the awesome ShootQ. Here is a shot of Eric giving a little background on his photography. Hey if photography doesn't work out for Eric, he might have a career in multiaccent ventriloquism rockin the Brooklyn or Dorchestah accents.

1 Phonebooth, 3 Photographers, lots of laughs :)

So last night Doug, Shyla and I met up in Cambridge for a little dinner and some fun with the cameras. First I want to warn anyone getting into a car with Doug to keep their eyes peeled for Ninja Possums they jump out in front of the car without warning.

First the 3 of us went to a place called RedBones for some BBQ and spent some time listening to Doug impersonate a horrible Boston accent :) I was crying, I was laughing so hahd at the accent.
After dinner we stopped for some coffee and photo talk minus the accent. As soon as we started to talk flash it was time to play. We were soon asked to stop flashing in the coffee shop and moved on outside. We messed around shooting some stuff in the square(sorry all the photos are in Shyla's camera so keep checking her blog to see them when she posts) After the square we headed inside a pahking gahage in Hahvahd squahe. Here is just a couple shots. Go check out Shyla's and Doug's blogs to see the rest(There are a few of me doing handstands). Remember I just had a cup of coffee and it was like 11pm but it's all fun :)

The 3 of us in a phone booth, Doug's such a good sport.
